Fixers in Finland

Our fixers in Finland handle the local work an international production cannot solve from abroad: research, contributor access, local communication, permit guidance, recces, transport and practical coordination through the shoot. The role is shaped around the brief rather than a fixed checklist.

Some productions need one experienced fixer as their local point of contact. Others require a wider setup. We can source and book a complete local crew or selected crew members, and coordinate locations, permits, equipment, transport, accommodation and production management around them.

Finland rewards clear prep. A route that looks simple on a map can change quickly once distance, daylight, weather, access, regional suppliers and winter conditions are factored in. We help productions build the right level of local support around the schedule instead of forcing one standard package.

Helsinki, Lapland and wider Finland coverage

Helsinki is often the practical base, but many shoots also move through Tampere, Turku, Rovaniemi, Lapland, lake districts, forests and regional towns. If your shoot is centred on the capital, our Fixer in Helsinki page gives a more city-specific view. For broader planning, see Filming in Finland and Filming Locations in Finland.
